Central location, fabulous restaurant - good service. The room was quite recently refurbished and huge. Found in a cozy area. Automated check-in, service-oriented personnel. What's mote - there was premium internet. I had a really unforgettable stay at this sparkling hotel.

Rooms are so clean and staff are very-very nice! The location is close to a supermarket and stores. Visited few places in the center, relatively close to the hotel. It's a 10-15 minute walking distance from Restaurant Ammos, spent evening there.
In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

Such huge and fairly clean rooms, plus the staff is very amiable. Beds are very comfortable, location is REALLY EXCELLENT. Our favorite hotel in Lucerne, we would recomand it.
